Open Submissions for Unagented Manuscripts at Tinder Press

If you have already completed a fiction manuscript or collection of short stories there’s still time to submit to Tinder Press before the deadline of March 15th.

Here’s what they say:

Headline imprint Tinder Press will celebrate two years of publishing by opening submissions for unagented manuscripts for two weeks in March. […]

‘At Tinder Press we are committed to finding the freshest literary voices, and the time seems right for us to reach out directly to authors at an early stage in their careers. This business is all about discovering new talent, so we’re hoping to be surprised and delighted, and that at the end of the day we’ll find an author we can go on to work with in the future.’

From 2nd to 15th March, the imprint will be open to accept fifty pages, an outline and an author biography from previously unpublished writers of fiction. Short stories will be considered, in addition to novels. All entered books must be complete, and written in English. Submissions will be read by the imprint’s editors. Full manuscripts may then be requested, and selected authors will have the opportunity to meet with one of the Tinder Press editors.

Check the Tinder Press website for submission details – remember to follow T&C.
