Tempting tho’ it is to start re-reading from the beginning and editing, deleting, sorting ideas and sifting the words – DON’T. I’m nagging you because every time I open up this year’s nanowrimo I want to fiddle with it. Some parts, I have to admit, are incoherent, some of it is just rambling. So what? Remember. Get the story down. Pour the ideas onto the page [into your computer]. After November, you can sort it all out. Or press delete. Just enjoy this release from constraint and expectation of success – writing free-flow is its own success.
